First
Ask our highly trained staff to explain the different plans. Once you have decided the optimal plan for your pet’s healthcare needs and your family’s budget, fill out and sign the “Automated Payment Form.”

Second
Make sure your pet qualifies. Most pets qualify however, if your pet has a pre-existing medical problems, you will need to consult with our staff for clarification & suggestions.

Third
To establish an ideal foundation for your pet’s optimal healthcare, just take care of the one-time membership fee and first month’s payment. This will cover the initial health exam and medical paperwork. Then fill out and sign the automated payment form.
