service you receive from us. In order to improve our service I want to
take this opportunity to tell you a little about our hospital and how
we can both work to provide your pet with the best care possible.
Our excellent staff is capable of providing
the highest quality of healthcare for your pet. They bring a great deal
of experience to our hospital and are responsible for the excellent
health care provided at our practice. We are open 6 days a week to
provide comprehensive care by appointment. However any time there is an
emergency please feel free to walk-in without an appointment. We will
always place the medical needs of a patient above those of a schedule
and if we need to unexpectedly change your pet's procedure date or time
we will be sure to notify you as soon as we are aware of the situation.
Our staff is primarily concerned about your
pet's health and we will do our best in providing the best health care
possible. Small animal care has changed dramatically in the last few
years. Coupled with technology and new procedures, veterinary science
has found ways to bring a new higher level of healthcare for your
companion. With these advancements in veterinary medicine comes
increased cost. At first this may be hard to understand but the reality
is that veterinary medicine is not all that different from human
medicine. I would also encourage you to check out our Platinum Wellness
Plans. There are several different plans for both cats and dogs that
can be of great help during times of injury or illness. Ask our doctors
or front office staff for information on our Platinum Wellness Plans.
It is expected that 50% of the estimated treatments will be left as
deposit when your pet is admitted (not necessary for routine or
elective procedures) and that the balance will be paid in full at the
time of discharge. We do not offer payment plans however, we can offer
you a financing plan through CareCredit. Again ask our front office
staff for more information.
